Here at the PCTBA, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. In registering children under the age of 13 for PCTBA games, programs and events or participating in PCTBA games, programs or other events, parents and guardians may knowingly provide personally identifiable information regarding children under the age of 13, including but not limited photographs depicting the likeness of children under the age of 13.  Please note that the Federal Trade Commission has implemented the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). The main goal of the COPPA and the rule is to protect the privacy of children using the Internet.  Accordingly, children under the age of 13 may be restricted from participating in certain features and transactions on www.portlandcttravelbasketball.com. 

While the PCTBA does post photos of children under the age of 13 who participate in its various games, events and programs, it does not include a player's full name in any photo or caption or post a photo where a nameplate is visible unless a parent or guardian provides express consent to do so.  The PCTBA encourages parents and guardians to follow these same guidelines on social media.  By using any part of www.portlandcttravelbasketball.com or participating in any PCTBA event or program, Parents and guardians consent to the collection and use of photographs depicting children under the age of 13.
